The REGULAR MAILING LIST is where you receive each email
as people send them. There can be from 10-50 emails a day from the list, many with fractals up to 250kb attached. This option is good for
people who can check their emails fairly frequently or who have large mailboxes.
Please read the FAQ before you join and be prepared to
receive 10-50 emails a day, most with images attached. If you are not able to handle a large volume of
email then you may want to join the digest instead. See below.

The DAILY DIGEST is where all of the emails sent to the
mailing list are put together into one email WITHOUT the fractal images and sent out [usually] once each day. This is a good option for
people who are unable to deal with large sized emails (those who do not check their emails every day for example). All of the images sent to
the list are archived and a link to the images are sent in the digest.
Digest members are able to send emails with attachments to the list so even if you can't be part of the regular mailing
list you can still participate! Be sure to read the FEUser Mailing List FAQ before you send
in images esp. in regards to image size.

Anyone may join this list. All we ask is that the emails of our
members do NOT wind up being placed on someone elses webpage (ahem, you know who you are that I am referring to) and that as a member you
promise not to exploit another persons image or spot file as your own nor use another members work for your own purposes unless you are
specifically given permission to do so by that member. We also ask that the emails of our members not be sent to someone else unless the
member has given you permission to do so.

Members do not have to "ask permission" to join any other list
whether it be fractal related or not. The mailing list maintainer nor the assistants have a right to tell you what to do outside of the
list.
